Products can be returned within 15 Days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Certain items such as undergarments, accessories, face masks, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
